Our experience with Act Settlement Services was excellent. Bill Thompson was very professional. He answered all our questions and explained the process to us.Our closing went very smoothly. We highly recommend this organization.
I got to deal with Bill during my closing. He made the process easy and quick. Large stack of papers but we went through it pretty quick. He stopped anytime I did have questions and he answered them right away. Bill had great communication through the process.
