Dr. McCann is wonderful. She addressed my needs and took great care of helping me with my trial contacts. Then after my trial period was over, her team was awesome with helping me order my years supply of contacts. I have been coming here since 2007, Dr. McCann is by far my favorite.
I have gone to Walmart optical to get new glasses. The service in this location is great esspecially with Matthew. I got a new pair of glasses several years ago. He took a great amount of time helping me. When I got them they did not work for me. I took them back and Matthew exchanged them and got me into a great pair. He is very knowledgeable and CARING. I have worn glasses my entire life and I have never looked forward to shopping for a new pair. Matthew changed that for me.
Walmart optical you have an employee that exemplifies customer service. A traight not easily found today.
The new Dr. McCann is awesome! My first time going to Walmart Vision Center in Bridgeville today and I was very pleasantly surprised. The doctor there was so easy to talk to and has a wonderful personality. She explained everything patientlyand really seemed to care. She made me very comfortable and feel important. (I'm guessing the rating of 3 is because of the last doctor who was there.)
