“I have not used My Secret Spa's services, but my friend did a couple years back which is why I chose My Secret Spa for my partner who is looking to remove their facial hair. The owner was very helpful over the phone, the first time I called she detailed the process to me and told me about a special she is running. When I called again to purchase for my partner, she was extremely kind and patient and helped me work out exactly what I needed to buy, and told me about multiple deals to help me save money (which she easily could have not done!). She also accommodated my inability to come in person by offering to mail the gift cards I purchased. Obviously I cannot review the services myself, but I wanted to leave a review highlighting the owner's exceptional customer service because I am so happy that my partner is finally going to be able to get the hair removal that will make them feel more comfortable in their skin, and the owner made me feel confident that they will be in great hands for this service.“

“I booked a couples float. Neither of us had tried it before. We didn’t know what to expect. We loved every second from the shower to getting into the tank. We realized we liked floating with the tank completely dark. The controls are in the room so you can adjust the lighting to what you prefer. Next time we are going to turn the music off too. The staff was welcoming and thorough in explaining what to expect and when. It takes no effort to float. Float Therapy was AMAZING! We can’t wait to go back!!“

“Dr Leong is so great all around! He performed tear trough filler for my hollow under eyes and I’m beyond pleased with the results. I’ve wanted to get this treatment done for years, but I was hesitant due to the potential risks you read about online. After finding countless positive reviews about the results of Dr Leong’s treatments, I decided to pull the trigger and I’m so glad I did! It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and he takes pride in his work. Dr Leong talked me through the process and answered all of my questions with knowledgeable information. It really eased my nerves that he didn’t try to “sell me” on anything I wasn’t comfortable with. He suggested that I would need 2 total syringes of filler, but I opted to start with 1 syringe to start off conservatively and Dr Leong was completely on board. I’m calling tomorrow to schedule another appointment for the second syringe because I’m that happy with the results!“

“I have recently changed cosmetic providers and could not be happier with this decision! My experience here was top notch. Clean, organized, and yet, still personal. For a rather invasive procedure, I felt very comfortable and well cared for. In opposition to other providers, there were no pushy sales for additional services. This will not be the least expensive for services, as keep in mind, you only have ONE body, and in regards to cosmetic procedures, you do get what you pay for.“

“Zoe was great! She texted me yesterday telling me her appointment one hour before mine had cancelled so she got me in earlier. She was the only one there when I arrived. Got my paperwork filled in and got me in right away. She was friendly and made me feel comfy. I loved that she was NOT pushy. I had IPL Previously and while i felt she did a good job my experience was not as positive. At the end, Zoe also told me to come back when I needed it. Whether a year for maintenance, or if something popped up I didn't like. I loved that! She didn't try to sell me packages or other services, which I really don't mind, but a relaxed experience is fantastic. She was informative about skin and very educated on what she was doing. I was a bit nervous, as last time I had been numb. It really wasn't bad at all and Zoe asked me to tell her if it ever got to be too much. The office was clean and neat. Their prices are great. My last ipl was done elsewhere and was $150 (on sale!) for ONE. I called another place and they were even more. Here, they were half. Someone below mentioned a tip needing to be paid first. Not so. I tipped afterwards. Obviously, I can't comment on results yet, but have no reason to believe that I won't be thrilled!“

“I had the pleasure of having Lindsay today for radio frequency micro-needling session. Lindsay was so knowledgeable about how to correct my skin issues… she went into details about the whole process and made me feel very confident and comfortable(so empathetic and a kind soul)! She did such a great job on my face today that I am writing this so everyone will know! I have been here a few times with the most amazing RESULTS each and everytime.
