Customers have praised the fantastic service and knowledgeable staff, both at the Pennsylvania and Morgantown locations. The business offers competitive prices on a wide range of products, from chemicals to fittings and accessories. While some customers have encountered staff members with limited experience, the overall feedback emphasizes the helpfulness and friendliness of the team. Watters Pools is considered the go-to destination in the area for any swimming pool or spa-related requirements.
Purchased an above ground pool from Watters Pools back in June. After shopping around, they had the best prices, the best pool packages, and best service. Their install team kept us updated on every stage and showed up on time and completed the pool beautifully. They supply you with every product you need to get your pool going. So glad we included them in our shopping process, definitely recommend for pools, and any pool supplies you need. Their store has it all!
Lexie was super helpful in sourcing everything I needed for repairs. She also setup delivery to their Morgantown location which is more convenient for me. Fantastic service! Thank you.
We had our pool installed right before memorial and have enjoyed it so much. Everyone we have dealt with has been absolutely amazing, both at the Pa and Morgantown locations. They are very knowledgeable and nice to work with. We highly recommend Watters Pools.
