The best notary we have dealt with. Straight to the point, knows all the ins and outs, and does everything correctly. I also have called him with questions / for advice about buying out of state vehicles may times, and he always has the answers.
waited a long time, but he did take us even though it was after hours by the time he got to us. I think only one guy runs the place. waiting is outside under a car port, that was fine with me tho.
