I have been going to this office 26 plus years and I have nothing but good to say. Yes there are times you may have to wait but I want my doctor to spend time with me as he does others. And emergencies do arise. I surely do not want to lose my sight.
I had them for couple years till recently when Dr. Wagner stopped taking my insurance. He order me to have an MRI during covid, and I was never able to have it done due to having done metal work in past. He then ordered a CT but due to covid was not doing them much . I went back and told him I never had them done and he acted like I never ordered that and I feel he just gave up on me. I was kind of glad he stopped taking my insurance so if need be can find better one closer to me.
Long wait. Horrible communication. Was told at a previous appt to stop a medication that was prescribed by their doctor. At the next appt they asked why I stopped the medication. Very bad communication. They did a great job on the cataract surgery but said "there was no magic fix" for the other eye which has a scarred cornea. They didnt bother to refer me to a cornea specialist. The dr spent about 3 minutes talking before he was gone. Abrupt and rude. Waited over an hour to see the dr.
