Can't say enough about this place. The owners were friendly and provided personalized service to us, explaining the work that was done, teaching us how to use the new equipment, going above and beyond to meet our expectations.
I had a series of positive experiences. They were flexible with their scheduling, straight forward about prices and expectations. At no time did I feel like I was in the dark. They were mindful about the fact that it is an -optional- expense, but it is still something we want.
Add to that, very kind, professional and courteous staff and I cannot recommend a business more.
Not sure why the bad reviews but let me tell you about my experience with them. I'm from Michigan here visiting and my navigation on my factory radio starting messing up. I called Sound Innovations and spoke with Kim. She listened and told me to bring my vehicle up so they could look at it. Once there Kim looked up a replacement system that would fit my vehicle. I settled on the Kenwood and she explained all the features of the new system and it was a lot cheaper than a factory replacement. I ended up staying and chatting for almost an hour. Great people that actually care about their customers. I highly recommend them and looking forward to getting my new system installed next week.
