Based on the reviews I expected an average strip mall nail salon experience but for the first time I did not feel like I was inconveniencing the staff with my business. They were extremely pleasant and communicative. My tech was thorough and kind. There was a bit of a wait (30 minutes) which they apologized for several times, but it was busy, they were all actively diligently working, so I didn’t think anything of it.“
