Absolutely outstanding experience at Johnna’s Stable in Carlisle, PA! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. They are truly the best at everything they do, especially when it comes to teaching young kids. My daughter was a bit nervous about riding for the first time, but her instructor was incredibly patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The lessons were fun, safe, and tailored perfectly to her skill level. The horses are well cared for and gentle, making it an ideal environment for beginners. We brought our horse here in September 2024 and we could not be happier. We appreciate the excellent care and training she is receiving, the attentive response to any concerns we have, and the respect and support we receive from everyone there including their professional partners as we work together for the health of the horse. 5 stars are not enough!! Not only are we happy but our sweet mare is too! This is a safe, healthy, positive environment for you, your family and your equine partner.

I don’t even know where I should begin! This place is beyond 5 star amazing. I stumbled upon Johnna Stables when I got lost going to tour a different stable. I am so glade destiny intervened. My daughter is 5 with severe anxiety and allergies. She would not leave my side or go near anyone besides my husband or I. To date she walks freely through the stables without us and made friends with everyone in there. Honestly I shouldn’t say friends, it’s truly family here. We instantly just fell in love.
