“Would give 10 out of 5 stars if possible. The entire team at Kirbtech has been nothing short of outstanding. We have been using them for several years to upgrade internet service, phone service, and to provide overall IT guidance for our business. They are very easy to get in touch with, are receptive to our needs, and have been extremely responsive and understanding when we have had critical failures which require an immediate response.

Jaylen took time after hours to attempt to resolve an internet and phone outage we were facing. Levi responded the next day and despite the job being more complicated than originally perceived by anyone including us, he was patient, thorough, and ensured everything was running correctly before he departed.

The team is overall A+++. We would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a good team behind them to keep their business running smoothly.
