I gave 5 stars because the staff is professional, consistent, and experienced. Consistency to me implies I can feel assured I will get the same level of service from different employees on any given day. They have built a good trust and rapport and that is important to me. On a side note, I have no idea how Merideth picks up where our conversation ended 3 weeks ago. That’s impressive. My biggest criticism is the prices have increased dramatically in the past couple years. I do hope the stylists are receiving their share of this increase.Service: Haircut
