Alyssa was thorough, detailed, and efficient. She made the process smooth and was patient with us. I can tell she sincerely cared about us and her deceased.
She came in on her day off to meet. The make up she did for my father was excellent (other than his hair being slicked to the side vs slicked back), she even made him smile. It was professional and exceeded my expectations.
Hoffman also has followed up numerous times to make sure we are all set for whatever we may need to move on - they made this experience easy. Highly recommend!

We recently used Hoffman Funeral Home for my dad. They were so caring through the whole process. I was unable to be at home when my dad passed. Chelsea was so great in arranging a time that I could see him. She was friendly and understanding of my need to say good-bye before he was cremated. I would highly recommend Chelsea and Hoffman Funeral.
