Dr. Sands and her team provided an absolutely first-rate care experience for our Sheltie, Pippin; he was in for his annual checkup and multiple vaccinations. The staff is great with Pippin, and Dr. Sands really put this fairly high-energy four-year old Sheltie completely at ease; in fact, I wish I taken a picture of her cuddling Pippin and him just melting into her lap. You can see she really has a heart for the animals. The care provided was excellent, actually, absolutely beyond excellent in every regard. I have never owned a pet that has needed to go to the vet so I was not sure what to expect, everyone we worked with was very nice and I was provided a LOT of information and feel very well prepared for my cat’s new routine.
I just had my first appointment with the Healing Paws team, and I must say this is the absolute BEST (and cleanest) veterinary clinic I've ever been to!
The staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and most importantly, caring about my pet's needs.
