Dunham Army Health Clinic is known for its clean and friendly environment, where staff members work hard to meet patient needs. Many visitors appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable staff, particularly highlighting one individual's excellent service. The clinic is continually improving its facilities and services, providing prompt assistance and a comfortable experience for all patients.
Since I started to treat there to now they have a lot of improvements. They answer the phone in timely mannner (they used to take more that an hour and sometimes didn't answer). Also they have the basic to treat people, dentist, radiology and a pharmacy with some of the medications.
Just came back from a deployment and have to deal with Tricare, DEERS, and other clinic/hospital staff on the phone: The process and experience has been terrible, to stay the least, but talking to Valencia at the Benefits Line is a breath of fresh air. She was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Finally, someone willing and capable of doing their job with the instinct of wanting to help. Just wanted to give a shout out to her and hopefully it inspires others to be kind when dealing with each other.
The doctors are great!! No complaints there. However, this entire system needs to be revamped. Trying to get access to care in a respectable time is non existent. Don't even try to use the pharmacy.
