“Brian literally tried for years to get a contractor up here to remove a summer kitchen...Even PALMER CONSTRUCTION WHICH THEY NEVER EVEN CAME UP OR CALLED AND THEY ARE LOCAL....A yeah I got on Google and found BINIEK'S SPECIALTY CONTRACTORS LLC.out of Mount Holly Springs which happens to be over an HOUR AWAY...(THE NEXT) DAY PAUL THE OWNER SENT JOE HIS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER up here he took all the pictures of the house and kitchen and within a couple of days the contract was ready we agreed and literally 3 WEEKS LATER THE TRUCKS CAME ROLLING IN.... within 5 hours the job was completed.....NO PROBLEMS NO EXCUSES NO COMPLAINTS JUST PROFESSIONAL WORK.The crew were respectful and efficient they worked together like a fine oil machine....The clean up was even the best they went above our expectations the job was 100% complete....
