Capitol Rentals and Sales consistently go above and beyond for all of my rental needs. Their staff is friendly, attentive, and always handles everything with care. Brian and Adam, in particular, are great to work with—their helpful, responsive, and always ensures I get the linens and equipment I need. I rent from them several times a year for events at Dickinson College, and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Highly recommended!
Rented an RV from them for 5 days. The RV was ready at the agreed upon time. It was spotless, as clean as if I was doing it myself. The walkthrough covered everything I needed to know. The drop-off today was just as easy. I followed all the instructions (fill gas tank, empty waste tanks, etc...). Would rent from them again.
Capitol Rentals was awesome, amazing customer service and very helpful! The man I talked to at the desk when I rented my Uhaul was extraordinarily respectful and took the time to show me around the vehicle and walk me through the drop off process.
