I had a custom plaque designed to depict Presidents of our retirement community for the last 47 years. Bob & Mell TOTALLY exceeded all expectations! From the moment I walked in the door with an 'idea', they worked with me to produce a piece of art - something we'll be proud to hang in our lobby for decades to come. The owner could not have been sweeter. I had multiple sweatshirts embroidered. She had asked that I drop them off a week prior to needing them. Life got in the way and I realized I hadn’t dropped off the sweatshirts until the day before I needed them. The owner had every right to deny business but she insisted I bring them and she had them done by 11am the next day. She helped me bring my gifts to life and was more than happy to do so. I will absolutely be going back. 💛
