I do not think I have ever had an easier time getting answering and getting an appointment on the books than I did when I emailed to see if this office accepted my insurance. I spoke to a wonderful lady on the phone who got my daughter in Christmas weekend, the office and medical staff were friendly, polite and amazing with my 6yr old. She voiced she was afraid of the eye Dr from a past experience else where and the Dr. Made her so comfortable and spoke to her about her eyes as well as me. The ladies in the front were so patient while she selected her frames and explained step by step why they had to order them special for her. 5 stars is not enough stars!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Donna Buraczewski’s eye care practice for at least 25 years, and now called Prevision Eye Group, Dr. Sparks and his staff are doing a great job taking over. Dr. Sparks and his assistant performed a very thorough eye exam, checking the circulation behind my eyes for any diseases like Glaucoma and Macular Degeneration, and then fitted me for new contacts and eyeglasses. After my exam, his other assistant out front helped me pick out a pair of new frames from their huge selection. The Precision Eye Group will be a great asset to the Carbondale area and upper valley.

Great experience, always in and out pretty quickly. I take my kids here too and it's nice and easy for them also. They were very quick to fix or tighten mine or my daughters glasses when we needed. Very knowledgeable and helpful
