His plans on initial and long term appointments, plus home remedies are holistic. There is NOT pressure to constantly get chiropractic treatment but to do the right things in how you treat your body, then return for evaluation and maintenance only. I have not felt this lower back and hip pain reduction in many years and am pleased that I decided to try chiropractic treatment. If you've been going to a chiropractor too frequently or have been anti-chiropractor, give Natural Wellness a try. You will not regret it.

When I first walked into the wellness center, I was using a cane.Dr Cespites set up a program tailored to me after a few short weeks i’m pain-free. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and plan to continue with periodic visits.

This was my first time seeing a chiropractor and I am so glad I chose Natural Wellness! I have been a long time sufferer of migraines and they'd become unbearable so I knew I had to try something new. They got me in right away and even allowed me to bring my daughter with me which made the visits easier to schedule. My pain was at a 10/10 on my initial visit and today my level was 1/10 after less than 8 weeks! They do accept insurance but even out of pocket they're very reasonable, give them a call. I am forever grateful to them!
