Had a problem with my AC Friday evening. Called and left a message and Mike called me back in less than 15 minutes. Mike kept in touch with us and came out Sunday due to bad weather on Saturday and got us back up and running. Great customer service and will be calling them to replace my furnace. Thanks for a great experience! Would recommend this company 100%!!
Called Saturday morning with air condition not working and expected high of 91, thinking at best was going to extremely long time and extensive. It was neither, Brian called me back came to the house within an hour and fixed for a very reasonable cost
I am impressed with the professionalism is this organization. The technicians were able to fix a problem with my heater and do so inexpensively. I had expected a large bill for parts/ labor or replacing the entire unit. I am relieved and grateful for their assistance. I recommend McMurray Cooling and Heating to you without reservation.
