Absolutely love Karina. She has been my nail tech for over 7 years. She moved from Mary Esther location to Eglin location and I followed of course. She took extra care of my toe nail that I lost years ago and could never get it to grow back right. Well she has gotten it to grow right and healthy. Designs, attention to detail and just her passion and love for taking care of her client is top notch. As long she is working I will go to her. Larry the manager always greets me soon as I walk in. Very polite. Instantly ask if I want something to drink. Always up and doing something including sweeping, mopping, folding towels, and cleaning and straighten up in general. Never had a bad experience.
I cannot say enough good things my husbands nail tech was amazing and really accommodated his hearing aids when talking. Both technicians were friendly, and gave the most amazing pedicure. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
5 ☆☆☆☆☆ To Billy! It's sad, but it's true. It's very hard to find a nail person who actually listens to what you want, cares about the integrity of your nails, doesn't rush you and the biggest one.. "actually talks to you and cares to get to know you" After going through a few nail techs in the area, I finally came across Billy and I continued to go to Billy for 3 years! Every 2 to 3 weeks I had my appointment to get dip and sometimes pedicure with gel. I followed him from Mary Esther cut off to his new location on Eglin Parkway. Billy is a great person all around. He's so caring, genuine, honest, very funny (have you laughing non stop) and very kind. He's a hard worker, if you know Billy. You know he loves what he does and he loves making people feel good. He makes you feel relaxed and does a beautiful job! I'm a nail biter and I never had natural nails so long and beautiful . Billy helped me achieve that goal, with dip and never over drilled my nails and made sure to protect the integrity of them. I haven't ever left a review.. honestly... because I have said by word of mouth to countless women to go to him, but he was always booked up lol 😆 I didn't want to give him anymore attention. But he deserves the attention and to be recognized for his hardwork, dedication and genuine good hesrt. I truly miss him. I have moved away and would do anything to have Billy do my nails again! I pray whereever he is, he's always blessed! Here is just a few of the times he's done my nails. He killed it every time! I highly recommend BILLY! ☆☆☆☆☆
