I’ve been coming to the McMurray location for over a year now, and I always see Caitlyn. She’s my absolute favorite. She always accommodates my schedule, and makes me feel welcome. The conversation is always good, she’s very quick and knows what’s she’s doing. If you’re scheduling an appointment at Deka in Mcmurray, ask for Caitlyn.

I got lash extensions for the first time ever here a few weeks ago. I'm not sure if my service was not up to par because I used a groupon, but I was not happy. The tech was nice and the salon looked clean. However, a few minutes after sitting down, the eye lash glue was burning my eyes, I'm not sure if they used expired glue or what. The texh just sprayed a little water on me which made it worse! The eyelashes looked good the first few hours after, but started coming out the same day. A week later and basically all of the lashes were off. My eyes burned every single day. I got them removed the next week and my natural lashes are so damaged from this shabby job... read full review

I have been coming here now twice a week since March. But I had been a client of theirs for years since it was called Lash Studio. My technician is Caitlin. She's very good. She's knowledgeable and does a fantastic and thorough job. My lashes always look perfect when I leave. I give her 5 stars but I have to give 4 stars to their computer and on line booking program. They do have glitches from time to time. For instance, once I had to cancel my appointment and it was well before the 24 hour period when they charge for a cancellation. It was days before. They always email with a cancellation notice. But I never saved them before. That visit I was charged for... read full review
