I have a 100lb+ free fange guard dog named Alco. Alco was trained to be suspicious of and aggressive towards men. Alco does not like to be groomed, bathed, brushed, etc, and absolutely not by a man. He will become aggressive.
Melanie works magic with Alco. He will allow her to do anything grooming related without too much pushback and no aggression. She dies not restrain or muzzle him as others places have. Melanie obviously knows how to handle animals, even ones that cam be difficult. A true professional.

I just moved to the area and I was looking for a new groomer for my little Shih Tzu, Duke. A friend recommended Melanie. Duke was overdue and I was able to get him in fairly quickly. Melanie did an awesome job! Duke was just as cute and as happy as could be when I picked him up! I'll definitely be taking him to Melanie for all of his grooming in the future!
