Always prompt service and very reasonable prices! There drivers were great and very accommodating! This is the third roll off service I have used with WM and would not hesitate to use them again anytime!
Overall, they do pretty good. I am not impressed with their lack of care with my trash cans. They have now broken two of our three cans because they just throw them back into our driveway. Since I have to pay to replace them, I would like a little bit better care taken. I don't feel it is too much to ask to have them set nicely back onto our driveway. This would prevent them from blowing away and rolling all over the road and also keep them from breaking when they throw them in the cold.
Service has been much better especially since their acquiring the prior company. Beginning service was not so good or reliable, but they have been very consistent. Technicians are professional and polite.
