Service is good however was disappointed they would not pick up my large box of cardboard when I even requested it in advance. They recycle so why could they not pick up the cardboard. Very disappointed.
The folks who pick up my trash are WONDERFUL. Your website and billing is trash. My husband died 2 yrs ago and I’ve tried to manage my account with auto pay. Members1st made me close our joint account and open a new one. Things are still screwed up. I get a text that my bill is over due and when I call or go online it looks good. I got a notice everything was set up, but I check my new account and you haven’t pulled from there. HELP. I’ve tried talking to a real person but no success.
I think they have done an exceptional job of taking the waste and cardboard from our facility. If they can't get to it, they are willing to deliver an open top container to suffice.
