My second appointment this week. I started with Jessica on Tuesday and the journey into finally having my teeth and smile restored after years of struggling. Then today with Dr Cho and his assistant very diligently taking care of me while my teeth were extracted to prepare for dentures. I couldn't be happier to see how quickly this is going from scheduling lastweek with the offices staff to knowing how soon I'll be smiling again๐ Yes I am a little swollen, however knowing what this will all lead up to being able to eat, get my health back on track and SMILE will make this all worthwhile.๐ Thank you so much West Shore Dentistry and everyone in your office. I was never judged or looked down upon because of the mess in my mouth and that meant a lot for me and wanting to continue this journey! I cannot wait to see what your doctors and staff can do for me in the coming weeks!
might want to reconsider some training for your receptionists. my parter called and kindly asking if you're taking new patients and he snapped no, interrupting him, and hung up before he could say a word. unprofessional and not 'stress free' like you say you are???
