This was my first time at Roots for a haircut. Emily was very personable, and did a wonderful job! I really appreciated the time she took to listen and make sure she was accomplishing what I was looking for. We also had a great time chatting while she cut my hair! Overall, it was an excellent experience and I will be coming back next time!
I have been a client at Roots for over a year and have only received fantastic service! I generally get cuts and/or color from Katherine White and Sabrina Collado usually does my eyebrows. I have only had great experiences with both of them. I have also had good experiences with Jess (nails) and Jackie (also nails). The salon owner, Andi Smith, is a gem and one of the kindest and most generous people I know. Would 100% recommend Roots. You can tell this place values their customers!
Emily is the best! She always takes her time with me and answers all of my questions. She gives great advice on how to take care of my hair, different things to try. She explains some of the science behind hair and how it affects our hair. She is a great listener and my hair always looks great, exactly how I wanted it!
