Penny Wilson is not qualified to be working here in the capacity she is currently at. She needs training, she needs more general education, and she needs to stop deciding people are foaming at the mouth and violent where there is no history of such behavior. Luckily after her, I found a real therapist. I was probably sent here by the universe so that the universe could show me what I don't want in a therapist so that I can more easily recognize when a good one comes along. So in this way, the experience was helpful. I just feel bad for anyone currently having to go here. This is definitely not where you want to end up, long term.
I've been going here for about a year now for regular medical appointments and tests. I can usually get in within a day or two and that's a real plus. The staff are friendly, nurses are nice and the doctor and PA are absolutely great and very thorough. The Geisinger and Holy Spirit merger have elevated health care in this system to a new level. The combined resources make for an excellent and efficient system for care, testing, and referrals. I highly recommend this doctors office for a primary care physician.
