After having a few house cleaners who were “freelance” and super unpredictable and honestly undependable at times, we decided to go with an actual service rather than find someone else who cleans as a side gig and it has been BY FAR the best choice we have made as a family. The first clean was a deep clean and they did a spectacular job (Desiree and Seyeria). Nothing was missed. Every nook and cranny was cleaned to perfection. Today, Desiree came to do our second clean (we will be doing bi-weekly) and she did a spectacular job. I am so incredibly happy with MaidPro and especially, Desiree. She is so kind, easy to talk to, so sweet to our kids and does an amazing job. If you are looking for a cleaning service, MaidPro is the way to go!
MaidPro is well-organized about communications with clients, and all the maids they’ve sent have been prompt, pleasant, and thorough. Most recently, Jessy did an excellent job—cleaned as if it were her own home. Who could ask for anything more!
