Reception staff are friendly. The PT team I worked with interacted in such a way that I felt they cared about me. They were patient and thorough when answering my questions. Grace was very helpful and kind, and Kayla was extremely detailed oriented and really watchful when I was doing my exercises to make sure that I was doing them correctly. I really appreciate all the help, and the fact that they encouraged me to do squats and lunges with weights. I definitely feel better!
