I have no complaints about how they did my eyebrows because she slayed them but I gave 4 stars because I came today (Sunday) & online it says they open at 11am-6pm. I waited till 12:30 and they still weren’t open smh

First time getting my brows done professionally and I'm really happy with the results. She left some growth on to help with a good shape. I'll definitely be back next time they need done.

They did a great job with my brows. However, the customer service was subpar. Upon entering I smiled and said hello, where I was ignored by two women. I sat down in the waiting chairs, and waited. Then two customers came in and signed in at the desk, and were called before me. I was never told I had to sign in, since they didn't say a word to me. I got up and looked around the mall for a bit before coming back and signing in. The process itself was fairly painless and quick. She asked if I liked the shape. It was an okay experience. I would probably go again, and possibly get my brows tinted next time since they do seem less full without makeup now. Overall it was good.
