Crystal Cove Collective Camp Hill, PA came through for me when no one else would or could. Earlier in the year I purchased a beautiful 77 pound / 3 foot free standing Citrine Cathedral from a seller in Brazil. It took me months to research numerous sellers in order to get the color and dimensions I was hoping for. After a few months I finally found and ordered the piece of my dreams, however to my dismay it arrived cracked in half! Further inspection revealed multiple fractures so I started researching self repair options as well as knowledgeable people in the general area willing to take on the task. I probably called 2 dozen reputable rock and fossil retailers around Pennsylvania and Maryland and no one, except Micheal, co-owner of Crystal Cove Collection in Camp Hill, was willing and confident to take on the job and bring it back to life. It clearly wasnt an easy fix but Michael was determined and kept me in the loop by calling me and texting me pictures during the entire process. I knew he could do it after initially driving up to the store to meet owners Krista and Micheal Prinkey - two super friendly and knowledgeable people. This store is by far the finest rock shop I’ve ever encountered! They have a wide variety of crystals, fossils and jewelry plus arts and crafts from at least 12 different vendors who provide unique gifts and classes like healing sessions and readings. They recently conducted crystal cutting and polishing classes as well as Reiki healings. I’ve been an amateur rock and fossil collector for over 50 years and during this time period I’ve purchased all kinds of specimens from various rock shops in many parts of the country during business trips, hiking trips and other adventures. These two know their “stuff” and own an incredible store full of beautiful one of kind pieces. I’m just blown away at the quantity and quality of their amazing selection. Today was the day it was ready to pick up and today was also the day I was absolutely blown away at the final result. Michael not only put it all back together but he did so better than it was before it was shipped to my home from Brazil! He clearly put a lot of time and effort into making it whole again. He also took the time to hand place individual pieces of broken amber colored crystals to blend it beautifully to conceal the cracks. I honestly can not believe the job he did. It is for these reasons I HIGHLY recommend Micheal and Krista Prinkey at Crystal Cove Collection in Camp Hill PA. You won’t be disappointed, and if I could I’d even give this unique and special place a 6th star!
