Respond quickly and communicates with me well about what needs to happen. I am out of town and Cory has spoken with me over the phone several times to explain to me what is going on and confirming the plan with me. Thank you!
MK plumbing handles all of our plumbing needs. Cory had Justin come out on a Saturday to service our Navien tankless system. We lost our hot water and the tank definitely needed service. We are back in business. Thank you Justin for handling this so quickly. See you later to finish our air conditioning system. MK plumbing is professional and always answers all my questions even though I have to ask several times. Very patient and respectful. Keep up the great work you guys do. Also thank you Jessica for always getting back to me. OUTSTANDING!
Cory installed a new high efficiency furnace for me and at the time it was too hot to use it. There have been a few small issues, but Cory has been very good about getting things corrected. Very easy to work with and I look forward to using the furnace now that are temps. are dropping. Would not hesitate to use them in the future for heating and or plumbing needs. Thanks Cory and thanks to Jessica for always being so helpful over the phone.
