Our experience with Concordia began a little over 20 years ago. It all started because the time had come that our parents living in Florida needed to come home to Pennsylvania. They needed to be close to relatives and enjoy the remaining years surrounded by family.

We visited and interviewed every major senior community in Western Pennsylvania. We made every effort to find the very best fit for them. We rejected some well-known facilities for very good reasons. I've been a resident at Haven III of Concordia in Cabot for only eleven months. My literary skills are inadequate to express how great this place is. The apartment far exceeded my expectations, the common areas of this Haven are beyond reproach, and the dining room resembles a fine restaurant. What really makes Haven III such a fine place to live is the STAFF; from maintenance to dietary to housekeeping to activities and to transportation. But what brings all these tasks together to provide above excellent service is a Resident Coordinator. The Resident Coordinator functions as the "Concierge of a high end resort".
