Was able to quickly diagnose the problem but unfortunately the parts to needed for the repair had to be ordered. Hopefully they will arrive soon and get our hvac system working soon.

Thomas told me I had a lifetime warranty on my furnace, but it ended after 10 years. He said if I used filters other than filters from One Hour it would negate the warranty, so I bought those filters which were very expensive. Other than that, Thomas was friendly and answered my questions.
