Joe was amazing, he had things done in a timely fashion. I wasn’t too sure of what my laptop was or really anything about it and he was very patient and wanted to help. He was also very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He is extremely cost friendly and when I offered a tip he refused to take it. I definitely recommend him to anybody that needs help with their devices.
Joe is helpful, patient with those who don't quite understand all the computer updates, willing to explain what he do for you as well as being very reasonable with his pricing.
