I have nothing to say about the quality of their work, but this lovely human doesn't know how to maintain their lane when turning ans the proceeded to yell and scream at me for taking the pic of the truck to see what company he's from. I kinda thought we learned about maintaining lanes when turning when we got our driver's license but apparently he missed that day
Just had Zottola replace my lead service line via subcontracting through PWSA on the city's North Side. I am an essential worker type who had no choice but to work when they were scheduled by PWSA to service my address, but even though I wasn't home the crew did a good job, was respectful of my property, and did not steal anything despite being unattended. I was also thrilled that they found a "workaround" solution to an issue with the location of the existing water line that minimized the damage to my home.
Zottola is a great place to work.Everyone works together in the best interest of the employee, the customer and the employer. Employees Take pride in their work ,while following safety protocols.
