The clinic offers amazing staff who are detailed oriented, passionate and welcoming. They make each client feel like family, not just another file in a cabinet or paycheck. The doctors are among the best, sweet, kind and down to earth, and very knowledgeable about your animals. The vet is simply the best, kind, compassionate and caring, taking time to explain everything. Service is always the best, with friendly, personable and knowledgeable staff. The office runs smooth and efficient, never too many people at one time, and the cute decorations made a cute feel for fur babies.
I absolutely recommend this clinic! Not only are the staff amazing and detailed oriented, they're passionate and welcoming. They made us feel like family and that we weren't just another file in their cabinet or another paycheck. The doctors are definitely among the best!
Always the best service. All staff are so friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Sandy is so caring and really takes her time with the fur babies. I really enjoy how the office runs, which is so smooth, efficient, and never too many people at one time in the office.
We had to change veterinarians because our other veterinarian retired. Our friends told us about Crossroads because they take their dogs there. We are extremely lucky to have found them they are absolutely wonderful with our dogs. Dr Sandy, our vet, is absolutely wonderful and personable with our dogs. However, the entire staff is like that also. They are all very helpful.
