Barb was so incredibly kind and so helpful in helping me get started to find the proper resources to get the help I need. She even offered to stay late if she needed to in order to help me! That is true compassion and I couldn’t be more thankful for that. It’s more than I could’ve asked for especially in the mental state I’ve been in. Thank you 🙏🏼
A year ago the shelter had only taken me in for a weekend, let me stay with them until I could get into the YWCA, they welcomed me and made me feel safe. They are probably one of the cleanest facilities I’ve seen out there along with the YWCA, they gave me clothes, offered food that I declined. I was really depressed and not in a good spot but I can only say good things about this place. I recommend them highly!
I am the Facility Director at ABC Associates in Beaver Falls, and was looking for assistance for an individual relocating to Butler. I spoke with Gretchen today and she was amazing. She provided me with a list of resources, and options for this individual. She was kind and very knowledgeable.
