Tom does great work at a fair price. I've never felt like I was being cheated or overcharged which is sometimes the case with mechanics. I appreciate having an itemized list of the charges so I can see exactly how much each item costs, and Tom is very responsive to messages over text or phone. Most importantly, I believe he knows what he is doing and I can trust his work.

Tom’s a very knowledgeable guy with vehicles. He really knows hybrids. And has figured out all the problems I’ve thrown at him. And he works on regular cars too. Wished I would have known about him when I had my Cherokee. I drive pretty far to get to him. But it’s worth it in the end. Most places just want your money. Tom worked on my fiancés hybrid car, as not 1 mechanic that I’ve called, doesn’t know what they’re talking about or knows what they’re doing with a hybrid. Tom got all the lights on the dash to disappear!Very reasonable with his pricing and nice attitudes! I recommend anyone who owns a hybrid to go to Tom! 100%.Deserves a 30 star rating.
