We were trying to nail down what was wrong with my son's car when we were referred here. This place is busy and it's a one man shop. So we waited for the next appt. and he got us in. Be patient because he spent the time needed to properly diagnose the problem and it was fixed! I would highly recommend Butler County Hybrid!

Tom does great work at a fair price. I've never felt like I was being cheated or overcharged which is sometimes the case with mechanics. I appreciate having an itemized list of the charges so I can see exactly how much each item costs, and Tom is very responsive to messages over text or phone. Most importantly, I believe he knows what he is doing and I can trust his work.

Tom’s a very knowledgeable guy with vehicles. He really knows hybrids. And has figured out all the problems I’ve thrown at him. And he works on regular cars too. Wished I would have known about him when I had my Cherokee. I drive pretty far to get to him. But it’s worth it in the end. Most places just want your money.
