Confusing, opaque, and stressful. Berkheimer sends notices that read like nonpayment even when taxes were withheld and filed on time. Taxpayers are left to untangle employer reporting issues and guess at residence details while penalties are added automatically, even from YEARS PRIOR. Completely unnecessary money grabbing for something that should be straightforward.
I don't know how these people get away with their harassing tactics and things they do to people it's not right and is very uncalled for I am disabled and make like a hundred and $40 every 2 weeks trying to make ends meet on a disability check and every year these people turn around and put a wage attachment on my taxes that I don't even file where's that make sense have no clue but the last how many years they been doing it to me but I guess that's the American way someone needs to really look into these people and audit the things that they are doing
Most unethical business I have ever encountered. Action against them needs to be taken. They intentionally do not make attempts to reach out or modernize in order to collect late fees from residents.
