This company is an absolute nightmare. The way this is run should be criminal. I’ve currently been on hold with them for over an hour. They double and triple bill and then you try to call and there is absolutely no one there. How is this legal? How did we get stuck with this sham of a company?
Worst customer service all lies say they mailed certified letter but never did they just want to scam money that was paid and when proven paid they change story and convently the amount is the same all they are glorified shake down artist's need to be shut down
Scam company that buys your information and uses it to try to collect money. They said I didn't pay taxes on my bonus money 3 years ago but my Fortune 500 company withholds all bonus payouts at a 40% rate and I get the 11-13% back after taxes the following year.
