Very professional. I called on a Sunday afternoon looking to have someone come on Monday. I told them my probelm and he was at my house within an hour. We needed a part he had so he went and got said part and installed it. Didn't charge me for the part nor did he charge me for coming out on a Sunday. Me and my daughter's were so thankful! Will be using Harpster's electric. Thanks for the great service
