I will say, that initially, the customer service was good. They were even able to schedule an appointment for this week (hence the 3 stars). However, in the end I decided not to work with this practice because how the situation was handled regarding getting my records being transferred; just poorly handled.

The entire staff here is really great. The receptionist is always welcoming and I haven't had any issues with billing or appointment booking. If I let the hygienist (Laura) know about areas of sensitivity, she will make a point to be careful during the cleaning in order to minimize any discomfort. Dr. Rocheleau is always wonderful as well, and answers any questions I have. I really appreciate that he doesn't try to shame me into flossing like many other dentists attempt to do.I also really appreciate how everyone seems to remember me even though I only see them twice a year. I feel more like a friend than a patient here.

I have to commute to Dr. Rocheleau but it is worth it. He listens and makes you feel comfortable when your in pain or scared. He is an excellent dentist and is conservative which I appreciate! Highly recommend him!
