Atrocious! It took weeks to finally get a call back. The Director finally called me & stated they never recieved info from the pharmacy. I had paperwork to prove otherwise. He then told me they had many changes. When the Medical Assistant called me back AFTER the Director did & leaving several messages with the office.She told me the phone log doesn't show i called then hung up on me. As I told her I have a phone log too, it shows that I called 8 times in the last week and a half. It took weeks to get a prior authorization for meds. I had the insurance company get involved & file a grievance. This is unacceptable.

You can’t get in touch with anyone unless you’re lucky. I almost ran out of meds once, and the doc took me off meds to consolidate and now I’m experiencing a return of symptoms and I can’t get in touch. Worst place for med management.

Whoever I spoke with on the phone today was rude and seemed very eager to hang up on me. Of course she didn’t say her name, but it’s one of the receptionists. This is far from how you properly run a mental health facility, ESPECIALLY when you’re speaking with someone seeking help. All I wanted to know was who I should be in contact with to schedule a therapy appointment, and she gave me an attitude and hung up immediately, didn’t even give a phone number of who to contact in case I needed it.
