This was one of the most uncomfortable and disappointing experiences I’ve had in a medical office. The treatment room was visibly dirty and poorly maintained, which is completely unacceptable in any clinical setting.

What made it worse was the level of care. The nurse Patty did not come across as confident or properly trained in the treatment she was performing. The entire experience felt disorganized, unprofessional, and honestly concerning.

When you’re trusting someone with your skin, there should be a clear standard of cleanliness and competence. That was not the case here. Instead, it felt more like guesswork than skilled treatment.

I left questioning the standards of this practice and would not feel comfortable returning or recommending it to anyone.

I came in for a lower bleph consultation and was told I wasn’t a candidate, which is fine—but the experience overall was incredibly disappointing.

First, the treatment room was absolutely unacceptable. It was dirty, cluttered, and completely disorganized. There were items piled everywhere, the floors and countertops looked unclean, and the entire space felt chaotic. For a medical/aesthetic setting, that’s a huge red flag.

I was then referred to Nurse Patti for skin tightening options. While she was pleasant, she openly shared that she had only been performing this particular lifting technique for a few months. That alone made me uneasy—this is not something you want to hear when considering a treatment on your face.

She also recommended collagen stimulation injections, but at that point, I was so put off by the environment and lack of confidence in the experience level that I declined.

Between the poor cleanliness and questionable expertise, I would not feel comfortable moving forward with any treatments here.

I’ve been seeing Sonya for a while now and have had multiple treatments with her including Ultherapy, microneedling, chemical peels, and laser, and I can honestly say she is the best in the business.

I trust her completely, which is why I continue to go back and try different treatments with her. She also has recommend treatments that she herself doesn’t perform. She refers me to others which shows her level of confidence and care. If you’re thinking about investing in your skin, she is 100% worth it.

But I also received excellent, personalized care after the procedure. I was given clear instructions before and after about what to expect.
