I booked an appointment for a full Brazilian. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly by two women at the reception desk. I sat in the waiting area because I arrived very early for my appointment. When my waxer was ready, she came out and introduced herself. Her name is Ashlee and she is AWESOME! She immediately made me feel so comfortable, explained to me every step of the process and made it so smooth and easy. She is a real professional, it was faster and less painful than I ever thought it could be. Melody was the best! She was fun and friendly and made the experience as painless as possible. It was a great, positive re-introduction to waxing after several years (and I’d go back just to hang out with her!)
