Dr. B has just completed a period of training in what I will describe as "acupressure" for treating shoulder pain. I have two torn muscles in the rotator cuff of one shoulder and some injury in the other shoulder sustained in a fall. I am undergoing PT as prescribed by my sports medicine doc to build up strength. However, this does nothing to address the unremitting pain. After one session with Dr. B (which was not without discomfort!), the relief was unbelievable and movement much easier. A second session was much less painful. (PT continues, of course. One does not replace the other!) And I have had to take much less pain medication!
Going through a course of treatment with Dr. Belitsky has improved my quality of life 150%. I was getting spinal injections every 6 months which were not doing much for pain from 2 herniated discs in my lumbar spine. After an intensive course of treatment with Dr. Belitsky, I am essentially pain-free and I can now walk for miles without any pain or discomfort. My son has also benefited greatly from seeing Dr. B.
