I appreciate the fast service I received from Maryanne even tho I called her last minute. She squeezed me in when she didn't have to especially when she had to travel to me. She was fast ,prompt and is really reliable. I will definitely be using her services moving forward. Her prices are reasonable.

Great service! We had a tight timeline for Real Estate related documents. Mary Anne was fantastic. Who knew we needed blue pens to sign? So 1980’s! She triple checked everything for us and made sure the complete package was done correctly, including things she did not need to notarize. Highly recommend, having someone come to your house versus running out for 90 minutes was invaluable.
