Great service! We had a tight timeline for Real Estate related documents. Mary Anne was fantastic. Who knew we needed blue pens to sign? So 1980’s! She triple checked everything for us and made sure the complete package was done correctly, including things she did not need to notarize. Highly recommend, having someone come to your house versus running out for 90 minutes was invaluable.
