Removing and replacing a crown is major work. Dr. Brown's work is perfection. From injection to drilling I was entirely comfortable and pain free. His attention to detail and consideration for his patient is why I go to this practice.

When I arrived at the office I was pretty tense due to a traffic incident, but when I left I felt like I had gone to the Tooth Spa. Paula is knowledgable and very gentle. She even remembered I needed a neck pillow. Dr. Alter was predictably wonderful and reassuring. They took a photo of an old crown that will become a problem and explained it. The front desk staff is always efficient and kind. This is the best dental office I have experienced in many decades.

Dr. Brown's technical abilities as a dentist are exceptional. The average dentist is not in the same ballpark as he is in. He has a very calm manner as well which is a big plus as a dentist.
