Broomall Manor

My brother has been a resident of Broomall Manor for the last 18 months. I've dealt with other facilities and can honestly say, this place is very good. The staff interaction with myself and my brother is top notch, I also see how they relate to other residents, always positive. They go out of their way to assist in my brother's needs. The facility and rooms are cleaned daily, the meals are healthy and brought on time. My brother's hygiene needs are attended to daily. I've been there in the morning, afternoon and early evening, so it's not like they are putting on a show while visitors are there. I would highly recommend this facility.

I’ve been a CNA since 2014 and works at several nursing homes between New Jersey and Pennsylvania.I told myself I would NEVER work in a nursing facility again but to my opinion this is “THE BEST” nursing home I’ve ever worked at, the staff are super friendly and we all work together,it’s so much to tell,but if you need to work at a nursing home and you know where to find this place,please do so you won’t regret…..Five Star!!!!

Went to visit my husband. It is Ramadan for Islamics..I go in to visit and bring him spaghetti..Why is there a tray full of food 3 cartoons of warm milk that he said he would drink 4-5am sat morning (um no u not) Scrambled eggs with something..Slices of cheese etc.. Approach a staff member name begin with a t or whatever she proceeded to tell me he not a morning person.(So why do y'all continue bringing food in morning ..Then she states nobody knew he was doing Ramadan he is very verbal as she strongly mentioned....He very verbal and some days he may not be nobody question why that hot milk still out or why he didn't drink it yet ..Even if no one knew nobody question...read full review
